Features/Equipment Characteristics

The sealed shell protects internal components, ensuring safe and stable operation. It can be matched with overhead cranes for glass processing and handling, or jib cranes for glass curtain wall installation.

The suction cups are position-adjustable to adapt to glass in various shapes and sizes. Custom arrangement is available according to actual glass sizes.

It supports 360° manual vertical rotation and 90° manual horizontal tilting, while glass picking and releasing are electrically controlled.

Equipped with American THOMAS vacuum pump and high-quality maintenance-free battery. No external air source or power supply is required during operation.

Working Principe

The glass lifter is driven by a vacuum pump to exhaust air between suction cups and glass surface, forming stable negative pressure to achieve firm adsorption. High-quality rubber and silicone suction cups feature excellent airtight performance, which can tightly fit the glass surface without leaving scratches or damage. With electric and manual dual control modes, it realizes safe lifting, 360° rotation and 90° tilting for accurate positioning.
