Vacuum lifter is another name for pneumatic vacuum tube lifting equipment. Its English name is vacuum lifter, which directly translates to vacuum lifting device.

What makes it stand out is its highly flexible lifting tube with exceptional extensibility. Such tubes must be made of special wear-resistant rubber. Due to its shape resembling an elephant's trunk, operators also affectionately refer to it as an elephant trunk lifter.

Working Principle of Vacuum Lifter
A vacuum lifter is a fast, safe and convenient automated device. Based on the principle of vacuum adsorption, it uses a vacuum pump or vacuum blower as the vacuum source to create negative pressure at the suction cup, firmly gripping various workpieces. The workpiece is then transported to the designated position via a rotatable mechanical arm.

The load is lifted by a single power source without the need for additional equipment such as cranes, robotic arms or hydraulic cylinders. The operator only needs to use the control handle to adjust the system vacuum level: higher vacuum lifts the load higher, while lower vacuum lowers it gently.

Equipped with a quick-acting one-way safety valve and large-area vacuum suction cups, it ensures the suspended load will not drop even in the event of a power failure.

Advantages of Vacuum Lifters
Vacuum lifters are extremely versatile. Whether you need to stack cartons, load drums onto trucks, stack metal sheets or timber, or handle stone and furniture, a vacuum lifter is always the ideal handling solution. It enables faster, more ergonomic and safer material handling.

For personnel engaged in heavy load handling, investing in a vacuum lifter means investing in health. It eliminates joint and bone strain caused by manual lifting of heavy objects, thereby boosting employee motivation and improving production efficiency.
