Maintenance and Inspection: Promoting Cleaning Simultaneously for Closed-Loop Management
Cleaning is not just about "sweeping," but also the first line of defense against potential hazards. It is recommended to integrate the following inspection items into each level of the cleaning process:

Daily Cleaning + Pre-Shift Inspection
Check the wire rope for broken strands, deformation, or excessive wear;
Observe whether the hook opening exceeds the standard and whether the anti-derailment device is intact;
Test the sensitivity and reliability of control buttons and limit switches;
Check whether the bolts at the track connections are loose and whether the pressure plates are secure.

Weekly Cleaning + Weekly Inspection
Check whether the electrical system wiring terminals are loose and whether the contactor contacts are oxidized;
Add grease to the trolley wheel bearings and pulley blocks, and remove old sludge;
Check the brake clearance and friction pad thickness to ensure effective braking;
Clean and test the overload limiter and emergency stop button function.

Monthly/Quarterly Cleaning + Planned Maintenance:

Disassemble and inspect the reducer, replace the lubricating oil, and check the gear meshing status; Measure the main beam deflection and lateral bending to determine if the structure is deformed; Use magnetic particle testing to inspect the rail welds and key main beam welds for cracks; Calibrate limit switches and overload protection devices to ensure the safety system is accurate and reliable.

Annual Overhaul + Comprehensive Inspection:

Conduct a comprehensive disassembly and inspection of the crane, replacing aging parts (such as wire ropes, brake pads, and hydraulic seals); Measure the trolley span and wheel diagonals, and adjust for rail wear; Conduct load tests to verify the equipment's load-bearing capacity and operational stability.
