Boom lifts typically use high-strength, high-quality aluminum alloy or new high-quality steel as their main materials. These materials not only ensure the structural strength of the equipment but also offer advantages such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, making them suitable for stable operation in various complex environments.

The choice of material varies depending on the specific type:

Aluminum alloy: Widely used in scissor lifts, articulated boom lifts, and multi-column lifts. It features light weight, small size, and flexible movement, making it suitable for indoor or space-constrained high-altitude operations.

High-quality steel: Primarily used in outdoor work equipment such as articulated boom lifts. It features high strength, high toughness, and good fatigue resistance, enabling it to adapt to harsh working conditions such as municipal, power, and highway maintenance.

In addition, some telescopic boom structures also use C-shaped steel as the guide rail material to improve load-bearing capacity and operational stability while reducing maintenance costs.
