The person in charge should wear clearly visible identification and use standardized signals (hand gestures, flag signals, or walkie-talkies).
Equipment Inspection:
Inspect the wire rope for broken strands, wear, or deformation.
Check the hook and anti-derailment device for integrity, without cracks or deformation.
Check that safety devices such as brakes, limit switches, and lifting capacity limiters are sensitive and reliable.
Check that the hydraulic system has no leaks and the pressure is normal.
Check that electrical wiring is undamaged and properly grounded.
Environmental Confirmation:
