Indian Market: India aims to become the world's third-largest economy within the next decade, with infrastructure development as a key driving force. There is strong demand for truck cranes, tower cranes, and gantry cranes in construction, mining, and other sectors. India relies heavily on imports for tower cranes, and China is one of its major sourcing countries. In addition, there is a significant supply gap for small and medium-tonnage rough-terrain cranes in the Indian market.
Russian Market: As a major global market for tower cranes, Russia's economic recovery and development have boosted urban construction and infrastructure upgrading, sustaining consistent demand for tower cranes-most of which are imported from China.
European and American Markets: Europe and the United States are two fast-growing regional markets, especially for high-tonnage, long-boom products and small construction cranes. For instance, Manitowoc Potain's tower crane business saw a 30% year-on-year sales increase in Europe, while Liebherr's tower crane business recorded a remarkable 41.8% year-on-year sales growth in Germany.
Emerging Markets and Developing Countries: Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative, infrastructure demand along the routes has been rising steadily, creating new market opportunities for crane manufacturers. Accelerated urbanization in developing countries, coupled with a surge in new residential and commercial projects, has lifted demand for all types of cranes.
